I was previously the Chief People Officer of an organization composed of three intertwined but distinct entities, which created cultural challenges (differing work styles, comp models, etc.). We engaged with Keni to help us do an assessment of our culture with recommendations and concrete steps we could take to address any thematic issues that arose.
